		<description><![CDATA[I know that this is a lifestyle blog, but since it is a Bosca blog, I thought I would share my thoughts about your customer service here, not having seen another forum: Bosca just made a customer for life. I am at this very moment looking for stores in my area to purchase luggage for my upcoming trip in the summer.I have never before bought from a store that truly stood by its products with such honor and dignity-- My Nappa Vitello Passport wallet was broken in a few places, including the ID Window and the change pocket, but I had lost the receipt, having bought it 6-8 years ago. I looked Bosca up and called ( I only knew to look Bosca up because there was a lovely embossed logo on the inside of the Wallet. I dimly remembered a lifetime warranty at the time of purchase, so I decided to try to get my treasured wallet fixed instead of tossing it, since I travel quite a bit and it is the very best wallet I have ever used for passports, receipts, boarding passes and other paperwork). The beautifully spoken lady at the other end told me that if I would send in the wallet;  they would try to fix it and if not, they would replace it. The entire conversation was pleasant, reassuring, and hassel-free. What do I see not quite two weeks later, but a lovely new wallet at my doorstep! I have never experienced this kind of honor in a retailer-- not to say it does not exist, I just have not had the luck. Thank you for doing business with class, Bosca. Your dignity allowed me to keep my own!  I am a customer for life.
