Old Leather Roma Belt

Thank you for your review. 1) we really want you to be satisfied, so I have asked our customer service department to contact you to see if you would like to exchange this belt for one with a more typical buckle. 2) The Roma has been and remains one of our top selling belts. If you keep the belt we believe that you will find that the quality of both the belt and buckle is very high. You are correct, however, that at least some other people have not liked the buckle so in response we will add detailed photos of the bukle so that our shoppers can easily understand what they are buying.
Again- if you are not happy with this belt has not met your expectations please know that you can exchange it.

Hmmm.. This has been one of our best selling belts for some time now. What you are describing does not sound right, so something must have gone wrong.
