Thank you for the review. Our leather starts out at about 4-6mm thickness. We thin it to 1.3mm and then further thin edges and pockets to 0.9mm It takes tremendous skill to do this work correctly. Though you clearly expected something different we believe that you will find over time that the nature of the high quality Italian vegetable-tanned leather and our precise detailed construction your wallet will wear in and give you a good number of years of use.
