Perfect bag

I have always wanted a red bag. This bag is a pretty shade of red, and it's the perfect size. The quality of this bag is fantastic.

Thanks so much for your review. Hope you come to love your new bag. This design was done using input from my wife and a group of friends with whom she attended a London semester abroad.

expected a larger bag.

We try hard to communicate all of the features of every product, but it seems we failed you here, and we apologize for that. If the bag does not meet your expectations please contact Customer Service for a return or exchange.

We do provide dimientions and show the bag on a model showing hands and a cell phone in hopes that this would communicate the size, but we will take your comments into account we add new photos.

Bag is absolutely beautiful, as is everything we get from Bosca. There was one small damage to the zipper clasp. Upon being informed, Bosca sent a free return label and also immediately shipped a replacement bag before the 1st bag was even shipped back. That level of customer service is wonderful and unfortunately nearly unknown today.
